David and Sue Martin. Donation of Conservation Easement.
In 2001 in addition to acquiring their home, the Martins
acquired the 18-acre tract located behind their home along Muddy Creek. They
felt the natural beauty provided by this parcel was worth preserving from
further development. In 2002, the Martins donated a conservation easement over
the parcel ensuring this wooded floodplain would continue to provide natural
beauty to the surrounding development and provide water quality protection of
Muddy Creek and the wildlife habitat it provides.
