Protecting the Piedmont
Piedmont Land Conservancy's conservation efforts stretch across nine counties, from Guy Troy's tree farm in Randolph County to Price Park, just 10 minutes from downtown Greensboro. They've helped protect historic Bethania outside Winston-Salem and the pristine Fisher Peak wilderness in Surry County In its first 20 years, PLC has leveraged tens of millions of dollars to protect 17,700 acres.
