Piedmont Land Conservancy presents a Special Outing for November —
“Star Gaze before the Turkey Haze”
Friday, November 18th 7:00-8:30pm at
Three College Observatory in Alamance County

Dr. Steve Danford, an astronomer and researcher with UNCG will lead our stargazing session using one of the largest telescopes on the East Coast.

Dr. Ken Bridle, PLC’s Stewardship Director, will talk about nearby protected property and the conservancy’s plans to protect more.

Dress for outdoor conditions. This outing suited for children ages 8 and up.

Because visibility is affected by weather and other conditions, please call 336-334-3242 on Friday, November 18th after 5:30 to confirm it is still taking place.
The backup plan is a planetarium show on the UNCG campus.
