Join guest hike leader & Great Outdoor Provision Company staffmember, Carrie Bonds, on this Morning Mindfulness Hike. Help us celebrate being in the moment in our natural world for this hike that will incorporate mindfulness & journaling (writing & sketching). This hike will provide opportunity for mindfulness & community in nature at PLC’s Knight Brown Nature Preserve.
Dress for comfort in the outdoors and bring water, rain gear, a journal, pen/pencil, and something on which to sit (that is also easy to carry while hiking). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
