In the spirit of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, PLC will host a clean up at Pinecroft Lake Park, Greensboro, NC.
Meet at 10:00 am on Cypress Park Road by the Boardwalk (across from 2814 Cypress Park Road).
Pinecroft Lake Park is one of PLC’s earliest projects. The Foushee Family donated 12 acres of Pinecroft Lake to PLC in 1994, and PLC then transferred the property to the City of Greensboro as a natural area park. Pinecroft Lake Park is located near Four Seasons Mall. As a wetland area, provides vital habitat for many species of birds and other wildlife.
This Saturday we will meet to pick up trash which accumulates around the wetland area and adjacent park. Please wear gloves and waterproof boots. We will provide trash bags.
